When using the postcode in SatNav or Google maps you will be advised that you have reached your destination when only part way down Estover Close. Please ignore this and keep going to the T junction at the end of the road.
Woodland House is the middle building at the very end of Estover Close. Please note that it says ‘British International’ on the building.
If you are travelling from the Tavistock Direction, once on Plymbridge Road, please follow the yellow sign (on your left) for Forresters Business Park. This is the turning just past the chapel. Forresters Business is the next junction on the left (after the bend) just past “Kitchen Kart”.
If you are travelling from Novorossick Road, go ahead at the roundabout (2nd exit), past the Wrigleys factory on your right and Drake Mill Business Park on your left. Keep following the road around and up the hill until you see a yellow sign (on your left) saying right turn for Forresters Business Park, (you will see “Kitchen Kart” coffee hut on the opposite side next to the junction). Turn right here into Forresters Business Park.
Once you have turned into the Business Park, stay on this road all the way down to the bottom. You pass several buildings; “Bombardier” which is on your right hand side, “tyco” on your left hand side and then “Significant” on your left. Once past Significant, head straight down to the bottom where you can see 3 office buildings; we are in the middle building, Woodland House.
Please park in the parking space marked “Cornwall Mobility” directly in front of the building to the right hand side.
