Our response to Coronavirus

This is to update you with our approach to the current COVID-19 crisis.
Good news ... the team are back and Cornwall Mobility is open and ready for business!! The team are completing their return to work questionnaires and risk assessments are being conducted for each member of staff. Training in new procedures and how to use Personal Protective Equipment will also be part of their reintroduction to the workplace.
We are all really looking forward to helping our clients but please note that we will initially operate on an appointment only basis i.e. you will not be able to just pop in without arranging an appointment first. We are sorry if this causes you any inconvenience but we think it is really important that we continue to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
So, please telephone us on 01872 254 920 or email [email protected] and we will try and arrange an appointment for you as soon as possible.
Please be aware that, initially, the telephone will not be staffed full time as we are restarting our operations on a part time basis. If you leave us a message we will pick it up within 24hours (within normal business hours) and get back to you as quickly as we can.
