Our response to Coronavirus
COVID-19 Update - November 2020
You will have all heard about the new restrictions that will be in force from 5th November until the 2nd December 2020 to help contain the spread of COVID-19.
We will comply with the rules and regulations communicated by the Government. Primarily we can only offer services which are essential and are related to pieces of medical equipment. If, for example, your powered wheelchair develops a fault we may be able to respond and help. We need to individually risk assess each situation to ensure we can keep you and our staff safe.
Please contact us if you need our assistance.
We are unable to undertake many of our services, including driving assessments. If you were scheduled to receive an assessment between the 5th November and 2nd December we will be contacting you to rearrange your appointment.
We will have staff available at the Centre to deal with and process new queries and requests for assessments and other services. Please contact us on our usual telephone number or email address:
01872 254 920 or [email protected]
The HUBS Project Officer Sarah Forbes is here to support you with any transport/mobility queries you or someone you know may have, you can contact her on the number above.
Thank you and stay safe.
With our best wishes,
Cornwall Mobility.
