Do I need an assessment?

The assessment is our method of ensuring that we can help you make the right choice of equipment, or adaptations fitted for your vehicle. We encourage you to contact our assessment team: (Phone: 01872 254920 or email: [email protected])

Is there funding available to assist with purchasing equipment?

We work with local organisations, including charities, and can give details of where to apply for financial assistance.

Are there any alternatives to private purchase?

We will always advise you if we feel that you might fulfil the criteria to receive equipment from the social care system. We may also be able to suggest some charitable grants or funding that may be accessible to you.

Do you buy or sell second hand equipment?

No, but we do have a notice board in our reception foyer where individuals can advertise for up to six weeks, free of charge.

Can I “try before I buy”?

Yes – all clients are able to try our equipment prior to purchase to ensure that it is suitable.

I am housebound. Can I still receive your services?

Yes. If you require an assessment for a larger item of equipment we can usually carry out a home visit. We are happy to mail order a smaller item you may require, or if someone is in your area they can deliver to you.

Are your products available for children?

Yes, our equipment is suitable for people of ALL ages. We also stock specialist equipment for paediatric care.
